Age Requirement; All Renters Must Be At Least 25 Years Of Age To Rent Unit.
Proper ID; Provide Proof Of A Valid Driver License; I Will Need The Driver License Of Whomever Will Be Towing Camper, And Renter Must Submit A Copy To Family First Camper Rental.
Insurance ; Once A Renter Has Been Approved By Melanie Lewis To Rent The Rv , And The Rental Agreement Has Been Filled Out And Signed, The Renter Is Automatically Covered For Comprehensive And Collision Coverage On The Rv. There Is No Additional Cost To The Renter For Insurance. Renters Are Responsible For Any And All Deductibles.
Renters Only Need To Provide To Melanie Lewis Proof Of Liability Coverage That Extends To The Tow Vehicle. I will Need Your Policy Number And Agents Name And Number.
Proper Tow Equipment; Must Be Installed On Renters Vehicle,
Requirements; "2" inch Ball, 4 Or 7 Pin Plug, And Renter Must Have A Safe Vehicle To Tow Unit With and proper working lights for turn signals, breaks, & flashers you will also need a tire jack and scissor type jack, if your vehicle does not have one please let me know and I will loan you one.
Demonstration And Operations Of Unit; Renter Must Participate In Hands On Demonstration Of Set Up Of Rv, Operations Of Rv, And Safety Procedures. Please Allow Up To 1 Hour For Orientation. Renter will Also Be Required To Fill Out And Sign Rental Contract At Time Of Scheduled Rental.
No Smoking Policy; For The Comfort Of All Our Renters We Ask That You DO NOT SMOKE In Any Of Our Rv's.
Food Preperation; We Ask That You Do Not Cook With Grease, Fry Bacon, Fish etc. In Any Of The Campers, Due To Fire Hazard And Smells You Will Be Provided With A Stainless Electric 2 Burner Stove Top Or A Portable Propane Stove. No Exceptions Please !
Additional Fees; There Will Be A Cleaning Fee Assessed Of $50.00 Or More If Rv Is Not Returned In Same Clean Condition As When It Left. The Gray And Black Tanks Must Be Fully Emptied, And Disinfectant Added To The Holding Tank Once Emptied. (we provide disinfectant)
If Your Campsite Does Not Provide A Dump Station; The Truck Stops Allow You To Dump There For A Very Small Fee, Usually About $5.00.
Rental Deposit; We Require A Rental Deposit Of $150.00 To Secure Rv , The $150.00 Rental Deposit Will Be Applied Towards The Balance Of Your Rental Fees. The Rental Deposit Is Non Refundable. All Rental And Security Deposit Fees Must Be Paid A week In Advance Unless You Are Paying By Cash At Time Of Scheduled Pick Up Of Unit.
Security Deposit & Cleaning Deposit; We Require A Security Deposit Of $200.00 And A $50.00 Cleaning Deposit.
If Paid By Check Make Payable To Melanie Lewis. Checks Must Be Paid A Minimum Of 1 Week Prior To Rental . The Security Deposit Is Refundable; Camper Must Be Brought Back Without Any Damages Or Violations.
Cleaning deposit Is Refundable; Camper Must Be Brought Back As Clean As When It Left.
Security Deposit Refund; Allow 5 To 7 Days For Inspection Of Rv And Approximately 10 To 14 Days For Refund Of Security Deposit .
Rv Must Be Returned Clean, Damage free, Violation Free, Both Tanks Emptied, For Full Refund Of Security Deposit.
ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR RENTAL DEPOSIT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT ARE ; VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT CARDS,CASH, PAY PAL, OR CHECK, IF SECURITY DEPOSIT OR BALANCE OF RENTAL DEPOSIT IS PAID WITH A CHECK IT MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK. ALL CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO MELANIE LEWIS.
FOR YOUR SAFETY WE ASK THAT WHEN TOWING OUR Rv YOUR SPEED SHOULD NOT EXCEED 60MPH AND FOLLOW ALL LAWS. PLEASE REMEMBER TO AIR UP YOUR TIRES TO MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATION FOR TOWING A Rv CAMPER, AND CHECK AIR PRESSURE PERIODICALLY ON ROUTE TO YOUR CAMPING DESTINATION.
